Medium Roast Decaf with Tasting Notes of Tropical Fruit and Creamy Citrus

These beans are soaked in Ethyl Acetate which bonds to the caffeine molecules and breaks them away from the beans. We roasted this coffee to a medium end temperature to bring out notes of tropical fruit and a creamy body.

This is a medium roasted version of our Morning Wharf Decaf.
